The Little Dot CDP_I is a pure CD digital transport for outputting your CD's digital stream to an external DAC. At the center is Phillips/DAISy newest GF-8 CD Module, which is small, light, has exceptional data accuracy with error correction, and highly robust and reliable motor mechanism. Since CD modules have moving parts, it was extremely important to us to build the CDP_1 around a CD module that was not only accurate and precise, but also dependable for years of maintenance free enjoyment. Coupled with isolated, bit-perfect digital output, excellent signal isolation and jitter rejection, and the Little Dot CDP_I is a highly reliable and robust, zero maintenance, CD transport with a pure and accurate output as possible. Please note that the Little Dot CDP_I does not have it's own "sound" nor will it impart any of it's own characteristics to your music. It's sole jobs are to provide robust and long-lived transport functionality and to stream your music exactly how it is on the source material. A remote control is included for operation from a distance.

Power Cord Note: Little Dot amplifiers ships with a standard Type-B power cord (American 3-pin or U-ground) suitable for use in areas such as North America, Japan, Taiwan, etc. If your country's outlets use other power cord types (ex. Schuko) you will need a power cord of your own plug type. You likely have several spares around your home, as any standard power cord (like your computer's power cord) will work perfectly fine. We do apologize for any inconvenience!
